If your company has a hundred workers, and has to pay for Jullio`s, Paco`s, Yen Foo`s and Uba Uba from Nigeria`s health insurance in Arizona because he snuck into the country or deserves too, .. you`re out any bonus or raise.
It might be something if you produced one shred of evidence to support it

Employees get lower wages because employers are forced to provide medical insurance, yep, that's it. You've solved the mystery.. Even though the ACA went into effect AFTER Obama became president.

You have no explanation for wage stagnation between '75-'08, so keep parroting the right wing talking points, it's not like anybody will notice..

You still need to show how this growth belongs to the people you say are being robbed. Otherwise it is not stolen. On a fishing boat, you get a profit percentage after boat costs and permits,...not so in McDonalds or Exxon gas.......or Walmart...

Your way of thinking is bred not earned........

You look at that ^^ chart and feel it's perfectly OK to steal the income workers produced

You are supporting blatant theft.

Would you feel better if the green were orange and the orange were green in that chart ?
The green line should roughly match the orange line, like it did from '50-'78 when unionization was high, wages were high and people could afford to stimulate the economy

If my company is paying for my insurance is providing then the insurance must be insanely high because I pay three hundred and twelve dollars every two weeks for my health insurance. This insurance is provided by the company. We had BlueCross BlueShield insurance but they have dropped that and now it is some sort of insurance through the company itself. But I pay 624 dollars a month for it

If a business only remains afloat by stealing the earnings of its workers, it shouldn't be in business

By your "spread the wealth hero".....
Your continued attempt to avoid the actual substance of the discussion isn't fooling anyone

You can't account for the things being said, so all you can do is try to build up strawmen to knock down

Go talk about how much you hate Hillary or how not gay you are in another thread, this one is about the increasing income inequality and giving workers what's rightfully theirs

It is you that selectively avoid, not me, I am addressing the root cause of low pay and you feel it has no substance,...I told you a well known fact, Nixon took the USA to retail and out of industrial, and I have to prove that to your sorry ass. You are seeing the results of it in your chart. You can`t show that to someone who hasn`t lived long enough to witness it.....That`s why you ask.

"But since 2000, the real average hourly wages of young college graduates have dropped. The entry-level wages of female college graduates have dropped by more than 8 percent, and male graduates by more than 6.5 percent. To state it another way, while a college education has become a prerequisite for joining the middle class, it is no longer a sure means for gaining ground once admitted to it. That’s largely because the middle class’s share of the total economic pie continues to shrink, while the share going to the top continues to grow."

"Myth: Increasing the minimum wage is bad for the economy.

Not true: Since 1938, the federal minimum wage has been increased 22 times. For more than 75 years, real GDP per capita has steadily increased, even when the minimum wage has been raised."

Adding to the wage also adds to the GDP. GDP doesn't measure "product", just how much money changes hands, and therefore taxed. If I sell you a widget for $10, you sell it to someone else for $10, and they sell it back to me for $10, GDP has increased by $30, but no one has made a profit and nothing of value has been created.

You're making the claim not providing evidence

You made the claim that the root cause of increasing income inequality and low wages is because "Nixon took the USA to retail and out of industrial", now in order for that claim to hold any weight, you need to provide evidence of it, just like I did

Do you have any evidence that supports your claim or not?
