Is this overwatering?

My leaves are curling up... is this from over watering or is the leave not gettin enough light......

This is my first time growing outdoor..... can any one give me some advice please..... and how old does a plant have to be before it flowers..... can it take longer than 5 months [outdoor]?

The first pic looks like clawing, and the soil looks pretty wet, i would cut back a lil on the water and the nutes a lil if you are giving em any.

Whats clawing? I usually don't water that often when ever the first couples inches gets dry....

Clawing is often caused by over neuting and over watering, and in some strains is common, Like blueberry's often have clawing.

nope, sry buddy. Thats the first signs of lockout. Check you ph and fix it asap.. Buy some clearx

wouldn't waste my money on clearx but w/e flushing them with Ph'd water couldn't hurt, then you just need to wait for them to dry out really well.
