been a couple years since i've been able to have a cornfield, but i have a nice big one this year. about 500 sq ft. i tilled and terraced it all by hand, as it sits on a severely sloped, south facing hillside.
i'll take some before and after pics today to share, and then keep the updates going as the season goes on.
i used to be particular about corn varietals, but i've come to realize that all sweet corn is basically good shit. so i only have three basic varieties, an early, middle, and late.
