Do you own the land? Why do you believe you should get to live on someone else's land for free? Can I live on your land without paying rent? Where does all this fit in with your 'people should be free' philosophy?
Oh, you don't accept the government owns the land..
Again, here we reside in fairytale land..
In the real world the government does own the land. I'm (nor is anyone else) interested in arguing fantasy land politics with you. Why do you insist on it? Why can't you just argue actual positions that actual people actually hold? Why do you insist on arguing against strawmen that nobody believes?
If people should be free, and they should, wouldn't that somewhat restrict the coercive nature of government? (the answer is yes by the way)
In the real world, you can't be free and also automatically encompassed in something that has a basis in coercion. (logic)
Many people hold two positions at once, and don't realize it, or won't admit it, therefore arguing with them in a sense is really an exercise in exposing their cognitive dissonance. This place is like a gym for me in that regard.
