Looks like your seedlings are leaning, try to get them directly under the light if possible(as they will grow directly towards the light). Also make sure to have a fan lightly blowing on them, a small fan or oscillating fan will work, it helps to strengthen the stems. Don't worry too much about seedlings, those are easy to get going, once they've gotten above the soil the the seed is off them with no fungal growth or anything on them then they're good. The true variables come when you have to start giving them nutes and checking the PH and making sure not to overwater them(just remember that overwatering is easier to do than underwatering, so long as you've got perlite in your soil it'll be easy enough to tell when your plants are dry, just stick a finger in about 1 knuckle deep and if it feels dry then water them until you get about 10-15% runoff then leave them until they're dry again. Nutes are more complex to explain but that's the basics for a seedling.
