i agree with him could just be what it isNot so sure, probably just the strain or maybe humidity levels. I woudn't worry about it though as long as the ladies are growing ok. Good luck
They seem to be ok the buds are rock hard on one strain ile upload a picture tomorrowNot so sure, probably just the strain or maybe humidity levels. I woudn't worry about it though as long as the ladies are growing ok. Good luck
I see I thought so had similar thing happen to previous crop and I remember now it went back sticky cheers mateThere's no problem. It usually gets sticky once dried and cured.
Two different strains critical kush and pineapple chunk strain before that was chronicWot strain is it.......
Is it a problem then ?longer dark period, lower temps, additives and most importantly GENETICS.
i have only grown a cpl strains that stay tacky even after dried and cured for months. i once grew a white widow that looked absolutely frosted but the resin was almost dry to the touch, not much potency but looked great
The resin all over is the same I cut a bud off both plants after cutting the leaves the scissors was sticky. just get a little bit when you squeeze the budcheck the lower buds, the ones slightly shaded from the light and see do they feel stickier. it is usually the case that the terpenes and oils secreted by the plant get vaporized when the lights come on. the stuff further from the light can have a more developed resin profile.
if this is the case then your environment is not ideal and you could look in to ways to improve it so that the resin on the whole plant doesn't dry out.

Ok thanks mate I have put my lamp up higher and put my fan on lower speed see if that helpsif the resin dries out the glandular head can snap off and it is understood that a large proportion of the cannabinoids are in the head so best to keep it moist and pliable and allow it to dry as slowly as possible.
it is not a big problem as it actually happens in most gardens. i have smoked very few weeds that had been grown and cured perfectly to my tastes.
i like them a perfect distance from the light so they don't get fried but that they receive a powerful amount of light from all angles, also having a very gentle constant airflow around the canopy. when i am looking at the nugs i'd like to smoke on my plants it is never the top cola but the next cluster down on the " second shelf" after that it becomes fluffy, the tops are always rock hard but not as frosty imo.
Quite often I have seen "kush" plants have shorter trichomes than others. Also many plants keep putting out new growth so that top isn't as nice as the buds a few inches down, IMO. Also those buds look nice, you could be over thinking a bit.if the resin dries out the glandular head can snap off and it is understood that a large proportion of the cannabinoids are in the head so best to keep it moist and pliable and allow it to dry as slowly as possible.
