omg look at that frost and hints of purple. you dont even see smoke that looks that good on tv or even in dispensaries. not that i see anyway
a lot of smokers tell me chernobyl is the best and their favorite. like it's on a level of it's own. the older folks and not everyday smokers often say even 1 hit is too powerful. same thing with time wreck. man my friend have a panic attack once. another friend tells me timewreck works best for his sleep even though it is mainly sativa. i actually just made an interesting cross and have one growing. timewreck x JTR. timewreck is like chernobyl except they use vortex as father instead of JTR. so im hoping this will be like timewreck but with a more jack the ripper taste. correct me if i'm wrong. chernobyl = (bloodwreck x JTR), timewreck = (bloodwreck x vortex), mine will be codename Time Ripper or jack the wrecker = (bloodwreck x vortex) x (JTR). just trying my hand at very small time crossbreeding. might not be anything special it wouldnt hurt to at least expand my knowledge in it through reading and experience. i've done accidental crosses in the past and i thought they were nothing special but some people really did enjoy them.Chernobyl View attachment 3425259
I wonder where the original skunk smell came from? I know hops can be skunky. Is it an indica trait?
The old sativas from the 70s were all herbal and spicy. Some of the Thai smelled like chocolate.
Then the Humboldt and Fallbrook stuff was neon green and piney.
FInally along came the knock-you-out skunk buds. They looked like artichoke flowers. Similar to hops flowers.
i think it's been a mystery where it originated. i know beer get skunky the it's in glass bottles that you can see through in direct light. the light makes a chemical reaction to make a skunk smell. thats why good beer companies keep their bottles dark colored.I wonder where the original skunk smell came from? Mexican too.the skunks came from the Columbian landraces crossed with some afghani kushes . The breeders were out of Holland. Like Arjan and Franco and Bodhi, I'm sure they traveled the globe searching for the right strains / phenos to work with
