No, testicles are pretty much always wrinkly from the time they drop. I was talking about women at their prime because they get harder on the eyes towards their middle 30's when everything starts to sag and get pear shaped and wrinkled out. That's why plastic surgery is so big. Gotta try to get the raisin to look like a grape again.... And it isn't easy.

oh yea late teens and early 20s are the best looking age group for girls for guys its probably late 20s early 30s
