curing with bannana peels!!!!!!!

can i cure my weed in jars with bannana peels or any other fruits let me know if any one has any experince in this.

ya i hear people put orange peels in there jars when they cure so i was wondering if i could use bannana peels.

little off the subject but i saw a grow on youtube where the guy had bannans in the pots with his plants whats up with that ???i know it will put moisture back in but y would you use a bannana the orange is for the smell.

My friends use to use orange peels and it was citrusy.

I use banana or orange peels when I need to hydrate dried-out weed. You have to remember that in addition to taste, moisture is transferred as well. I would only drop some peel in a jar for an hour or two, and that's only when the bud is already sufficiently dried to your liking. It will be a little moister when you remove the peel(s).

I have to agree, a little orange peel in the bag if the weed is too dry, a piece of bread in the bag if the weed is too moist.

I think the banana in the soil is for extra potassium. Banana's are rich in that.

I don't think I'd want anything extra in the jar while curing. I'd be afraid of mold/mildew.

I myself appreciate the taste of a nice skunky hit

i dunno maybe for a lil each day but i wouldnt leave it in there for long banna peels rot quickly and get nasty, stink and moldy so b careful gl

bananas release a gas that supposedly help plants turn female. you are supposed to put them in the grow room and then change out bananas once they start to rot. this is done during veg. not sure how well it works
