Hey, it is always better to press the resin, it will tell you all you need to know about the quality of the resin; by that I mean how much resin is formed in the trichomes. The easier it melt into a mass the higher the quality if it does not press it is good for edibles.
Goodness does not always melt my friend.

What are folks using to clean dry sift screens? I tried iso w a paint brush then vacuumed and it worked a bit, but not enough IMO. I can't see submerging an entire screen w frame in iso either.

My other favorites are Snow Leopard representing Poland, Nemiroff LEX representing the Ukraine. Stoli is a lottle rowdy for my taste. The Elit is nice but I'd rather have a bottle of Pravda. Stoli is fun tho lol, BUT you do know you are paying for the difference in water quality between a normal Stoli and El it right?... the spiritos is the same. Seriously bro, Snow Leopard or Ketel One. The latter is fucking fantastic. Hoooray the Dutch.

Really, you find Ketel One harsh? It is very full bodied, but none of that chemical astringency. Not too sure if you will like Pravda, you seem like a winter wheat fella, Pravda is a sweet rye vodka. Very transparent, ideal mixer, ladies LOVE it. A shot is like ghost's breath, too clear and thin for my liking. Very gentle, we had two bottle between me and two Polish mates and it was a good time. Really good time. Just not the ne I would choose for a nightcap on the rocks really. I actually LIKE vodka. Most people pretend they do and kill it by mixing it. I almost died when my mate poured some disgusting coca cola product over Nemiroff LEX. Almost died. I don't like Skyy. I got a bottle of a different Californian one, Cruz Black. Haven't opened it yet but if somebody talks about his water quality that gives me hope. I want to find a good one from everywhere on the planet lol.I won a gift basket from the owner of Ketel. Had a few bottles of One and Lemon, a shaker, and a shirt.
It is a bit too harsh for me. I would love to try some Pravda. I have heard great things about it.
I just drink Sky mostly now. I can get it at Costco

I have a very sensitive palate. It is easily overloaded. I prefer my alcohol to be smooth and not to have it linger too long afterwards.
I can't smoke BHO or any other solvent product. No matter how much they try to clean it up I can always taste the solvent.
I can also smell PM and other strange odors on most commercial flowers. That is one of the reasons I must grow my own medicine.

Then, Sir, you are a Pravda man through and through. Like I said, ghost breath. It is incredibly pure. Hats off to Poland lol. Steer clear of Grey Goose and Ciroc or any French vodka then. They like a lot of character. Ciroc blows your head off lol. Another one you will really like, and I personally feel is the best deal out there if you don't mind an upper high from yoir vodka, is Tovaritch. Cheap as chips. Super transparent though. I think it is a blended grain type. At the price, BRILLIANT.
