The real question is how many people did the cops shoot?

There is now way they can charge all those people with capital murder and organized crime..

My honest opinion if they don't have concrete evidence they should be set free..

Sure these guys might be bad, but let's say, what if cops arrested all those rioters for organized crime for arson..

Let's just hope whitie doesn't riot any time soon, because I fear it will be a lot worse then a little looting and arson..
turns out Leo was the killers on the scene. 115 of those arrested had no criminal record. Many of the victims are nothing more than motorcycle riders there to discuss the laws and regulations that effect bikers. 14 cops fired "thousands of rounds" that destroyed cars for the business next door. Now the fucking judge in Waco is offering to let the bikers go if the sign a contract stating that they will not sue for wrongful arrest..........let that shit sink in for a minute .....so again not racial just like the riots ......it's about cops killing civilians again......

My mother-in-law is mexico born. She works as a lunch lady at a blue ribbon school. Her english is a little broken, but she is kind and tries her best.

Don't lump all mexican immigrants (illegal or legal) in with drug lords and gangs.

i started off as a busboy at a restaurant in arizona, worked with a very kind (and very illegal) kitchen staff.

spent years working at housekeeping and front desk of a hotel with a very kind (and very illegal) housekeeping staff.

worked apartment maintenance for a while with a very kind, non-english speaking (but legal) maintenance crew.

i've met lots of mexican immigrants over my work career, and they all hate the "narcotraficantes".

never met a single gang member or drug lord though.

Exactly. It's the same with everything tho. A few bad apples ruins people's perceptions of a race/group/culture.

Thanks for the tip regarding the new developments in this. Here is a link to an attorneys' facebook posting on ths:
https://www.facebook.com/LooneyConrad/posts/668274669939433

The attorney says:

"BREAKING NEWS IN WACO:
Read our Media Release being distributed at this time:

BOND REDUCTIONS OFFERED ONLY IN EXCHANGE FOR WAIVING POTENTIAL LAWSUITS IN WACO SHOOTOUT

Waco, Texas – Earlier today, detainees in the Jack Harwell Detention Center in Waco were told that in exchange for bond reductions, they must sign a document stating the Waco police “had the right to arrest the inmate and that he/she will not file a lawsuit against McLennan County and/or the City of Waco.”

On the two-week anniversary of the “shootout at high noon” at the Twin Peaks restaurant between motorcyclists and law enforcement officers, at least 170 people remain detained on $1 million bonds.

This latest information was reported to an attorney representing at least one of the detainees. “It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity,” said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. “I’ve never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond. I will be in the reception area of the McLennan County D.A.’s office tomorrow morning at 8:30 with the intention of not leaving until we have the issue of bond resolved.”

“They know these people aren’t dangerous or they wouldn’t be offering the bond reductions and they know the police and the D.A.’s office have violated the law and now they are trying to hold people hostage until they agree to waive their rights. It’s unconscionable,” said Clay S. Conrad, Looney’s law partner.

Tell us what you think:"

A link to a news article. I don't know anything about this news/blog site but here it is anyway:

http://washingtonweeklynews.com/texas-tyranny-waco-judge-agrees-to-let-most-bikers-go-if-they-sign-a-contract-vowing-not-to-sue-for-wrongful-arrest/

Of course, the attorney can say whatever he wants in the press but then again, perhaps "Waco justice system" is an oxymoron.. We'll see what happens next.

Hey Knucklehead bob.

It could be very interesting to see that report. I watched your link and there was a swat team watching the bikers before the shit hit the fan. Swat teams could of done some cherry picking we will have to wait and see. hmmmmmm.
IMO , it was one of the under covers in the crowd that rode with the rest to this monthly meeting that popped a cap or two from their drop piece giving pre positioned snipers authority to open up . See how hany head shots ? Seems as if these poor people already had crosshairs on them .

Waco police seeking to bar information about Texas biker shooting

As questions remain unanswered about last month’s deadly biker rampage in Waco, Texas, police there are trying to clamp down on public information about the case.

The move comes as scrutiny intensifies over the Waco Police Department’s handling of the sensational shootout that killed nine bikers, injured 18 and saw an unprecedented 175 people arrested and charged with engaging in organized crime.

By law, crime and arrest reports containing basic data — information such as a detailed description of the offense and the name and a description of the victim — have to be provided.

While some details about the dead, including identities, have trickled out, officials have been slow to provide information through documented reports as required by the Texas Public Records Act.

Documents that have been released to Yahoo News appear to be haphazardously redacted. Even though required by law, the names of arresting officers are omitted. But the identities, addresses and other contact information of suspects' next of kin are prevalent.

The melee unfolded during the lunch hour, as hundreds of bikers descended on the Twin Peaks restaurant for a regional motorcycle club meeting.

Still unknown is where each victim was killed and by whom. Police officers have acknowledged firing on armed bikers, but it is not clear how many of the dead were shot by gang members and how many were shot by officers.

Yahoo News submitted a written request on May 19 for reports related to the nine people who were shot and killed at the Twin Peaks restaurant.

On Wednesday, the Waco city attorney’s office asked the Texas attorney general for permission to withhold the records from Yahoo News and other media outlets that have made similar requests.
