Your soil needs some perlite. You have gnats because your soil is staying to wet for to long..You'll need better drainage next time.

Entire grow with cfls and one 12 watt led for flower. Thanks for the help ebccrew :)

Great choice of strain! I have perpetual grow where I harvest 2 plants a week. 80% of my finishing plants started life as clones. The NL x BB strain was my favorite type for 2014 because it is fast to grow and finish an clones easily.

Want help with the cfls throw them in the trash you can get cheap hps setups at amazon i got a hood ballast timer hanger lights mh and hps ballast is digital with adjustable lumens with super lumens for $159

oh man i cant wai till my northern lights gets that big she only just sprouted up ive also got a purple widow as well,im in for the long haul bro so ill be dropping in if ya ever need help,i havnt run cfls in years execpt for when i clone and sprout my seeds other than that i run a 400w hps

Awesome man. I'm having trouble figuring what deficiency my plant has I know it is either magnesium or nitrogen.

If your worried about deficiencies just make yourself a earthworm tea. Put more then just earthworm castings do some research and find what kind of fertilizers you wanna use. I have grown northern lights x big bud and still have seeds of that strain. It is a very easy plant to grow, and if you put some teas into her she does fine. All i did was teas but i put alot of shit in mine and water in a supersoil in 7 gallon pots. The buds were solid about the size of my arm no joke. The deal is though you get big buds but there mid grade qaulity everytime. If your looking for reliable good yields (in size) then its what your looking for but if your looking for dank then this one will not be it.
I wouldnt worry at all about a deficiency. If your having purple or yellowing or any other issues it is most likely your soil. Cannabis LOVES soil that is airratted and has excellent drainage. I make all my own soils and i add one bag of coco and a shit ton of perlite with other amendments. If i were you bro i would go get some really good soil and transplant the plant it wont hurt the plant at all if you do it right. It would totally make things better and easier for you. Plus you wont worry cause you know the plant has all it needs.

Because now the next set of leaves are yellowing... I'm getting frustrated I dont understand what my plant needs... my soil drains well it drys out in a day I now have to water everyday. I do have fungus gnats but there aren't much of them. The growth isn't stunted its growing normally yet the leaves are turning yellow with green veins which is exactly like a magnesium deficiency.

Next set higher up showing same yellowing between veins and necrosis on edges. This has gotta be magnesium.

mine was 189...600w dimmable...whats yours?
