Wait for the first two jagged edged leaves to pop then, you cut one off. Now wait for a new pair of leaves to grow in, then cut just below the cotyledon leaves. Wait 3-5 days and you will see your first node. It should be about the size of a cats eye.

Maybe you are not asking the question properly. As stated, it is a pretty stupid question. I'm not one who bashes on RIU, but that's the only way I can say it.

Are you meaning to ask about topping to get more main colas?

This site is great if you are asking legit questions after having read up on your own on the basics. When people don't do that first, they will get bashed and learn. Read the stickies, check out sites like growweedeasy.com, etc.

I am about 2.5 years into growing. And I already do get annoyed by the number of people who aren't looking for help or an answer, they are looking for someone to restate info that already exists out there because they are too lazy to google it themselves.

Just plant your seeds (when you find somewhere to take your visa...sorry I can't help you there) because when she is growing you'll soon get into research mode, and anything that's still unclear, then you'll at least know what the question is you're trying to ask. ;)

OP, my $0.02: let your first plant grow by itself, watch it and learn from it.

then fuck with all the next ones. but that first plant can teach you a lot if you just shut the fuck up and listen to it.
