R u on drugs? Lol no dispensary in Vancouver is going to shut down if the scoc rules edibles are legal. And none will shut down unless vpd shuts them down. Lp edibles will be laughable. All green as fuck and taste like hay.
 
i think a lot will shut down here when they put a $30k price tag for a license but then again, 2-3 good weeks and that $30k is recouped so I don't see it as that big of a barrier..

so 9:45 we will have SOME answers....I don't think they'll get MJ struck from CDSA but if they did, our fight would be over...

$30k a year is only a barrier to those looking to set up shop with nothing more then bags of weed. I'm guessing home delivery services will become more prevalent as well for those types who don't want/can't pay the $30k

good point..home deliveries will be huge..it's happening now on Craigslist...haha
 
i laughed at myself today....i am so pessimistic..i was thinking we'll get the green light Thursday from the extract case and then the green light to make changes Friday and then Monday they will rule against Monday
i hope not but that thougt made me laugh...it sounds so much "Government"
 
The $30K+$5K per year will be worked around just like any market does when restrictions get to high. Its basic street level cash in, as in we control the streets, you pay us protection money. To me this is much most slimier than the black market which is what this will fuel as the costs have to be offset some way and in business its usually higher prices before lower profits.

After what I over heard this passed weekend...
One LP has some very good oils brewing. So they are already on it like I said months ago.
It's just being kept under wraps is. It's not just reg cherry oil either.

I heard they are making 28/g !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Ill let someone else play with those numbers.... :)
They make more selling oils :lol:

Son you done smoke your brains out. How can condensed shwag be anything but shwag? what Lp has good meds to start with in the first place? Method of extraction?
 
LP's may be ready to start hawking concentrates, but how about Hellth Canada? Going to need amended regs in order for it to be kosher.

I hope Victoria doesnt implement similar fee's as Vancouver.

who says they are selling it to patients? Why would they even bother?
Doesn't make any business sense. They are in business to make money. The tax man gets his..........
