i think they are a bigger then kiddie pools. definitely deeper. I suspect the misses may have a "compromise" in store for me...

I transplanted the cherry pie into a 10gallon grow bag, and going to get the sour cherry into soil. The landlord has to have the hay field cut this week, so I am going to wait to transplant into the 100s till after that.

Ran out of time, so was unable to get the plants into 10 gallons tonight, hopefully tomorrow I will be able to.

Misses and I went buck wild and got a grip of plants. Gonna fill up the front raised garden space by the front door wil soil for her flower garden, and got some zuchini, tomatoes, soybeans, bush beans, pole beans, herbs, etc

and we were moving them with prob 80 gallons, left a bit of room on top for topdressing, and mulch. i dont see moving them 100% full and then water on top of that.

so, some kinda sad news...Gonna have a change of plan...Gonna finish both greenhouses, get them full set up, prob shade cloth on the back side, then all 8 plants in it. Will have 10x40 total space in the greenhouse, but prob will need to downgrade to 50 gallon pots, as I dont think these 8 plants will fit into the greenhouse in 100s.

greenhouse progress made, need to fabricate some parts, and get some fans going, and some shade cloth but getting closer!. Got them where I want them to be, 2 walls up, the ends nearly done, and anchors in. Its pretty windy today, so glad got them firmly in

everything but the cherry pie seem to be adjusted to their new homes in soil. The cherry pie was in the smallest pot of coco, so maybe that's why, idk. Its definitely not loving life right now, kinda droopy. hopefully she picks her self up soon and goes into high gear.

It took the longest for me too. It is just now not looking crappy.

50 and 100 gallons are a pain to move, that's why I put them on pallets. I can move them with my tractor, but 2 guys can drag a 100 gallon on a pallet. The trick is getting the leading edge up and then dragging. Also move them on a day when the pots are drier to help from ripping the roots (of course they are lighter too). I have moved up to 300 gallon smart pots by hand (with other people), but thankfully now have a tractor. Nice plants!
