Ist picture seem all right the second on the leaves might indicate a "N" toxicity can't tell under the LED's.. On second thought possible nutrient burn because of the tips of leaves are brown in 1st picture. Remedy: flush plant and reduce "n" use /or readjust feeding schedule

It could be they need more light to get bigger, and larger containers. Genetics are also a factor.
