I was asked on HC's application forms which method I was going to use to consume my marijuana, 'inhalation' OR 'oral'. I marked both. This was when the choice was buying PPS schwag or growing your own...where did they think I was going to get the edibles? As far as I'm concerned I've been legal to make oils and edibles for years.

100% agree. I checked both on my original application and subsequent renewals.

I didn't think we'd win the first trial but we did so I have hope for this one now too. But definitely no way to say for sure, we're stuck in limbo until the verdict.

until they make up their minds but i do think we will win this one but the Gov't will appeal with an injunction so now new grow licenses are given. i think they will construct this so that until it's done at the SCoC, no new people will be able to grow. i believe i got that from John Conroy in a video posted by Jason Wilcox. Conroy said it would be about 5 years before any new people get to grow
we got an injunction so i think they will too..but that's only my thought

Sucks but makes sense. I suppose it's better than no one being allowed to grow but certainly will be much better when new patients are allowed as well.
