Please Help white spots on my girls!!!!

Hey guys whats up My girls are about 1 week old and have begun to show these white spots any idea what the problem may be ???

Did you check underneath the leaves for pests?

That sure looks like spidermite damage to me. Google them so you know what you're looking for.

If it helps i have two others potted together a little experiment one suffers from the white spots the other does not

I have mites guys that sucks what do i do now i want to avoid using harsh chemicals to kill them

Ive been seeing fruit flies and fungus gnats on them could they cause the same damage or could i have all 3 pest?
