I don't think people hate it? I just believe people think it has run its coarse and the highpowered chips can serviced so easily! Proof is in the pudding man! purple light works! I kinda like purple but not as much as I am in love with never having to send the fixture back and lose it for how long? besides the full spectrum vero29s are the most affordable light source on the planet right now! have you seen whats been grown with vero29s and cxbs on here ? there is no going back to mono after this!lol. I can't really do it because it's not my style of grow. I use more than one type of light in my set up. Right now HPS and Blurple. I was just thinking about putting together a small low wattage one just to see what all the hype is about. My set up is working fine and I don't know when I can get around to building a light. It's summer time and that means projects around the house and summer fun. Sounds like a good winter project when I am bored.
I built 2 lights. With hand tools and a drill, I put them together in a shorter amount of time than you have wasted arguing for blurple. Dont use the excuse you dont have time......

I think it's pretty obvious that you aren't at the required level of education to educate. Seriously man. Your a noob and you know it. Most of the old timers would agree that dank can be grown using many different lighting methods. Been doing it for years long before COB became a fad to the noobs. I'm still yet to see a COB grow that concvinces me that it is better than all other lighting systems. Mostly just looks like COB growers are getting results similar to all the others. Good bad and ugly.

I'm so chi bro it's Friday and I got mine! It's dank too. No need to be in a hurry to try COB now that I am dialed in. I will someday, but I really just expect it to be more of the same as all the other methods I've tried. It works. lol. Like all the rest. No big deal. It's just weed. Easy to grow. And cheap as hell if you are concerned with costs.Blurple and White FTW.

Yo homie. I started this thread to share Blurple grows. For whatever reason, it attracted noobs that grow with COBs to hate on more experienced growers who grow dank not using COBs. I think it's a low self confidence issue. You know, gotta be down on the accomplishments of every other way to support the weak delusion that your methods are better. It's clearly a noob malfunction.
It's just weed bro. Easy and cheap as hell to grow. Everybodies growing dank.
And in the next year or two, COB lights will lose noob fad status and a brand new light tech will come along that all the noobs will have to have. And the light companies will make more money as noobs replace their COBs for that.
I don't care bro. Ima still just be doing my thang.
