Frist ill try to give you some proper stats so you have a better idea and or possible solution.

First Time Indoor grow (space 10x10)
Strain London Fog Sativa - so they say.
germ seed (6)
2 gal pots, nutrient rich potting soil
temp 68F low and 75F high, 50 to 65% hum
40 days veg from sprout.
400w MH 24/7

plants topped twice during veg, lolly popped day 30 . 2 males appeared and disposed. 4 confirmed females - took 8 cuttings for clones. all 8 survived and are rooting after day 7
water cycle twice a week. fresh water one watering (grow big veg) solution w/water. proper drainage
foliage feed spray once a week with regular misting. No more of that during flowing

Day 41 Flipped 18/6 for 3 days 400w HPS
Day 44 12/12 hours
Day 51 -top leaves drooping and dropping

Problem -Drooping/dropping leaves (top Leaves) tad bit yellowing in center of leaf for new growth as well.

Not over watering, waiting top soil is dry knuckle deep. Even poked aeration holes with kabob wood stick. about 8 in each pot through top soil. proper drainage as well.

any suggestion would be greatly appreciated as I want to get this resolved and not cause further stress to the ladies. Please and thanks

You should take pictures with a normal light on, it's difficult to see what's going on with the grow light going.

I'm betting nitrogen toxicity. Are the leaves/parts that aren't yellowed a dark green color? If so, and they're making that "claw" shape (tips pointing way down), I'm guessing you've got nitox. Also try providing a side view picture to help us see how exactly your tips are drooping.

Ok. I will take pics tomorrow. They are sleeping. I also moved them into s grow tent. Anyway if it is nitox. What's the remedy ?

Green is right, need better pics with the light off to tell what's wrong. From what I can see is that you have a big problem. Again, need more pics, but in one of them I can tell you have a cal/mag deficiency. Looks like you have more then one problem tho. That's all I can say for sure right now.

Also I would say your light is a bit to close, I would move it up about 1foot. Your pots are a bit small also, but I wouldn't risk transplanting them. You might take one and carefully pull it out of its pot to check the root color and density

I'd say it's root bound. 2 gallon pots are way to small for a sativa or indica. You need at least 3-7 gallon.

Ok cal/mag add to next feeding and see how they respond. I'll pull on out tomorrow and check roots. Damn it. Everything was going perfect until this.

Don't expose roots. Just add cal/mag for now. When it gets better then you can do whatever but get through this first

Ok thanks. Really appreciate it. How long until cal/mag fixes issue. Or when should I be concerned time wise if it doesn't remedy the issue.
