Growing tall too fast. How to stop?

I have nine 9 weeks old outdoor plants. They were germinated. I need to slow them down.

you can top them that should slow them down or some low stress training.

Put a tomato cage around them and bend the top through the cage to force them to grow wide instead of tall. Pinching off the top growing tips will help also. I try to grow huge plants without letting them show over the fence so training is a huge part of growing. Check out my grow journal for pics of how I do things. After they grow as tall as the cages I add a top to the cages and that helps keep them flat and wide.

bend the tops over and tie them down .
