Hi im completely new to growing im using 10 23watt 6500k for veg and im using a 150w hps for early flower stage on out im using rain water from outside my strain is 3female lemon kush & 1northern lights my question is when should I start using nutrients (in order if possible )and which should I use and i don't understand what base nutrients are Advance Nutrient based :
Voodoo juice
sensei calmag (plz tell me when to add this)
sensei bloom a b
big bud
Bud candy
overdrive
senseizym
My other question what should how much should I use if im using a 2 liter bottle

Wow starting out growing using AN nutes. They are supposed to be great, but I would have recommended starting out with a good all in one nutrient. Never played with part A&B nutes, there's really no reason to. But go here https://www.rollitup.org/f/nutrients.96/ you'll find what you need.

ISK has done a few autos in 2L bottle grows here recently, and he's journaled the grows the're near the end of this post.

Okay thank you for the information sounds reasonable prices are too someone put on my thread that 11 23watt 6500k isn't enough to veg i have a 150w hps on the way soon so if i use it for flower stage i should be fine right? You're auto?? plant looks good by the way and it looks trimmed at the bottom? Did you clip down there for more energy?

people trim the bottom so they don't have little nugs and for air flow, a lot of people claim it sends all energy to the top, but plants already have what is called apical dominance, so it already sends all energy to the top, if it needs extra nutrients, it would take it from those lower branches.
and for an auto, just use the hps for veg and bloom

Okay thanks for that info im using lemon kush seeds and northern lights from herbies im going to keep this thread updated with my pictures of the plants once they get a lil more interesting

I never seen the Garden tone choice, I actually got the tree tone 6 3 2 in case I was gonna need extra N, but turns out i never actually needed it (although it will be still work for what i feed mother plants)

Most big box stores carry Garden Tone(5-3-3) and Plant Tone(3-4-4).
