Yes.. The world's scrawniest, stetchiest plant can grow under 10w CFL. You will yield about 2 grams.

I grow under CFLs. Get more than one. Get the 100w equivalent day light bulbs. Not the best light but it works.

fyi this plant was vegged under a single 23w cfl, that's not 2000 lumens
