Can anyone help me with these girls? I raised them in soil and transplanted them like normal, but these girls aren't handling the change so well. any other people have the same issues? they looked great the fist 5 days in transition, but now not so good? 3rd day of transplanting, they look great. And then after 5 days on half strenth nutes and 18/6 hours of light with the 600w ballast on 75% output Im not sure if its shock or something else?


Now not so great at all:/ new growth is healthy, wher as fisrt leaves are dying out?

Im using BioBizz's Bioheaven and root juice on half strength nutes. the Bioheaven has NPK of 1.2, 0.03, 0.02 percentages. I have the water system on for half hour on and 3 hours off and the Ph level is at 6.5 with plain tap water aged for a week. I am also using seasol and powerfeed as a foliar spray. The temperature is between 22-26 lights on and 10-15 lights off. and im running 600w on 75% as of tomorrow i will be flushing and replacing nutes. i am going to buy a new ph meter and ph up/down tomorrow aswell cause i think its inaccurate.

I was going to purchase advanced nutrients's range for indoor, but the organic stuff had me sold, but now im just not sure haha.

And also, Is there a build up of what seems to be salts all around the clay balls?

Soil bro! Since the beginning of time plants have thrived in soil. Hope everything turns out well for you bro goodluck and stay lifted

these plants are too small to hit them with fert, especially so much. potting soil would be better, you can put them into it now. learn hydro some more before doing this. no offense, just that you're killing those little things right now. if you transplant into soil, try to remove the pebbles to expose roots to the soil. easy on ferts too. just trying to help.

I usualyy use soil till about 2-3 inches then transplant into an inert media.but i thought i would try something different and run auto feed/water through just clay pebbles with no stagnant water

you can use rootone plugs or rockwool. these are good for hydro if you want to keep going with it. just pour water/fert mix on to the plug, eventually roots get down into water in dwc. probably shouldn't drip, at least not early in plant's life. too hard on roots.

Im using grodan rockwool cubes in half and the other half just in soil in my garden and the soil ones are better, but i will be transplanting them into a soil mix of perlite, sand, clay balls and potting mix. any good brands of soil that i can put them straight into without altering too much?

I bought some new soil, perlite, and my special mix and mixed it all up this morning and bought some new mini pots and put my babys back in some good nutrition.

I checked all the roots and most were white still which was a relief. the others where dry and completely dead? but its been a few hours since being put back in soil and they are already looking better. so hopefully my babys will pull through
