can you use both lights at the same tine during the Veg stage, and how many watts should they be for just 2-4 plants????

First, its pretty much a waste of energy to use CFLs and HPS at the same time during veg stage. Second, its not wattage u need to grow but lumens and i would say about 5000 lumens per plant. Since u only going to grow 2-4 it shouldnt be hard to get the right amount of lumens the plants require.

I got a 250 Watt (HPS) 3 100 Watt (CFL's) and 2 3 foot flouros.

And where can i find some good nutes?????

my CFL's are 6500k and the 2 foot lights are 4500.... is that ok???

For veg use a white spectrum and for flowering use a red one, they have lots of stuff on FAQ, check that out too.

Nutes i would say because ur a first time grower go with the General Hydroponic Flora Series the one that is a 3 part nutes. And just follow the feeding schedule for that.

Wat bra he can use Hps in veg. Who told u diff it better to have a 6500k spec but hps will not hurt the plant in anyway.
