Good morning good rollers. I have a question about Low Stress Training during flowering. I have a 3.5' foot Lemon OG plant that I topped once but never really did any training (other than staking). As you can guess, it has stretched considerably, now in its 2nd week of flower. After a tip from another RIU member, last night I spread her out pretty good. My question is how long should i continue to spread her branches before it begins
over stressing and effecting my yield? I've included a before LST and after LST pics..

Good start on the LST! Pipe cleaners will work fine. Just keep at it a little everyday. You want to get the branch's all the way to the sticks, and past that point if you have time. I would stretch her out all the way to the walls. Also, if you do happen to brake a branch, just use some black electrical tape and wrap it up, she will repair the break in a week or so. Don't freak out.

Bet! Good call on the LST too! I just installed my carbon filter and I'm already seeing more growth
