First grow in need of opinions

Here's my setup:
6x 24 watt cfls 2700k
1x 105 watt cfl 6500k (also have an extra)
2x computer fans
I have 8 plants started about 2-3 weeks along. I just switched my lighting to 12/12 and I'm looking for any advice your willing to share thank you and smoke on

I have never grown with cfl so I can't speak to the legitimacy of your lighting. I agree with Desr.

Thanks but I kinda figured that :p they aren't feminized so I'm guessing that I'll end up with around 4 plants and I always have the option to plant outside

Quick glance at your pics and your leaves seem quite light green. Do you use a ph meter ? If not suggest you get one.

Those plants I wouldn't bother 12/12 on yet. Wait till they are at least twice the size. Maybe it's the photo but they look real small

What nutes are you using ?
Light is a bit limited especially with 8 plants on your hands. Try lst (low stress training) I've seen loads Cfl grows benefit from lst

I have not used any nutes but the ones already in the soil, and I don't have a ph meter as I said I'm pretty noob.. I'm hoping for at least a zip per plant... They were all shwag bag seed so this is more of an experiment then anything :)

I Planted swag seeds as my first grow n the look n smell awesome I'm lil 4-5 weeks in flower n they got hairs everywhere so if u do it rite it will be good bud then u can try a better strain for your second grow GOOD LUCK BRO

1. Face the bulbs down 2. they appear to be hungry or have lockouts! 3. you made a good choice flowering now as they could have gotten way to big for your cfl's if you transplanted and flowered, flowering now in those solo cups will keep stretch to a minimum but when you get better lighting you will not want to flower in those cups unless you do like 12 seedlings straight into 12/12 4.keep an eye for them ball sacks! 5.if you take car of them deficiencies NOW im willing to bet 5 grams dry per plant with your setup. every day that goes by since you flipped to 12/12 will reduce yield if you keep her hungry.

With those lights, just forget about topping & transplanting for now as it will not increase the yield at this point. It will only make it harder to focus light at individual small buds vs 1 or 2 big buds over the tops of each plant. If you can get like 10 23watt cfl's PER female, then you might consider a bigger pot and training for more tops. Right now at 12/12 they are sensitive! No topping , no super cropping ect. Its too late and not beneficial with your setup. What soil? And what water are you using? Being 100% specific will go a long way.

I am using miracle grow mixed with some generic potting soil, I am using water from a local pond and I put gravel in the bottom of the cups to help drain

Ok, a pH meter or pH drop test kit would help you. As it appears you have pH problems. You dont want to grow in MG without a pH. And especially with pond water as pond water always changes with pH
