idk if you can burn ur plants with the cfl's but I'd dry the wet spots on them just in case

I just sprayed them down with a mister to keep the humidity up and let some of the nutes on the soil soak in

CFLs won't burn your plants. HIDs will.

Now what are the ingredients on the back of that flower booster? You have deficiencies, it may be because of PH or because of improper nutrient balances in your soil.

even a 23 watt CFL can burn the plant if they touch the leaves for a few hours, but yeah nothing like a HPS
I would take that black mat out and hose it down, as that white stuff is likely the CFL residue
It may be some what better but it's still a mess in my books. He still has all sorts of wood chips/dirt/dust, which is still a fire hazard and a perfect environment for bugs/pests/etc.
Let's not forget this shed was a former chicken coop, which would come with all sorts of chicken shit...which along with the dirt will become a bacteria factory .
This room/shed needs to be emptied and completely swept clean then washed down with bleach and/or disinfectants.
The electrical situation has improved but still does not meet FCC standards...this room is still prone for a fire and/or plant disease

fundamentally your grow-op has serious issues.... a poor electrical infrastructure that is highly susceptible to fire, combined with a disease infested chicken coop laced with mercury residue.
do you really want to end up in the news as another grow-op that burnt down?

I don't want to come across harsh but I'm trying to convey that your electrical situation is your # 1 problem and could very well become the end of your grow, and worst yet your life.
I only pointed out the most serious issues, but the list goes on....never run electrical cables on the ground, extremely poor practice, as just tripping over them cause lights to crash down...not to mention short circuiting due to water spillage....or rodents chewing the live cables
Have cables fixed to the walls or ceiling and have them come down to the fixtures, as having the cables coming from the bottom, passing along near the bulbs is just asking for a fire disaster.
Loading up several bulbs that are suspended by the electrical cord is in complete violation of the FCC and lacks common electrical safety
I would recommend a proper light fixture that is suspended with chains and get all your electrical cords off the ground.

Don't feel pressured, these guys are just trying to help you, but they are kind of ripping you a new one lol, but with that being said don't expect anything close to an ounce per plant or even an ounce altogether. You should always chalk up the first few grows as a learning experience.

yes, it was a bathroom light fixture from Home Depot....
I just drilled holes to mount the hooks for the chains, they also hold the face plate to the frame.
I used an old PC cord to connect to the pre-wiring of the fixture
go to any garage sale or flee market, as those type of fixture are low budget brand new, so second hand they are dirt cheap

Just the slightest touch of a 23w bulb will for sure burn wherever it touched, just by experience lol. It is rather hard to burn by foliar spray with the stomata's open though.

First things first with CFL's when hoping to achieve decent yield you always have to remember PTF proximity to foliage. i.e how far away your bulbs are. 1-2 inches is optimal but watch that growth! certain strains can grow into a bulb in a day and be scorched!
2nd thing i would go buy 3-4 cfl socket fixtures from a wholesale store and mount them on a 4 foot bar about 10 inches apart. 3rd i would invest in some of these babies
as you can build beautiful cfl-chandeliers as i call them and keep all that much-needed space all while doubling your lumen output
i'd also recommend to top or LST at some point and they definitely need a transplant. anyway the bar setup allows you to set your plants up like so
AND gives them proper room to flourish.
Hope this helps and remember to use at least 80-100W's per plant in flower! they like 3500k in flower and 6500k in veg Happy growing and GL!

Thanks for the advice! I'll be transplanting in a couple days going to try some organic compost and perlite for the bigger pots. On Tuesday I'll be taking 4 of them to a different outdoor location. That way I can actually grow these babies to a decent size for a good yeild with the lights and room provided
