i lifted every single one of those rocks and put cardboard underneath a couple months ago. now i just have to rip back from the edges of the cardboard every few weeks.

come on over in a few weeks. corn, potatoes, onions, carrots and cucumbers will be ready. still pulling strawberries too. and beets.

might even have some bell peppers too.

standing in the orchard looking down.

garlic andpeas near the fence, raised-bedlandia down below. lettuce and chard has all gone to seed, gonna harvest the seeds and replant. onions and taters almost ready to pull. been thinning out carrots and eating the small ones. finally grew my first cauliflower, got some decent broccolli too. second round of radishes is shitty as usual.

and to my wife's great delight, and after 5 years of struggle, i finally grew my first beet for her. got about 3 dozen more that i can pull at any time too.

oh, and some sweet potatoes as well. wife loves those for some reason.

Right the fuck on. Looking gorgeous man.

I am interested in seeing how these turn out, you put in some work on that hillside! :) never grown corn myself so the curiosity of it all is intensified by the awesome job you did starting it.
