Big Enough For a Grow?

I'm new here and have been looking around to get started on my first grow.
I've decided I want to go with a grow tent but i would like one that is small.
I was searching ebay and came across this tent - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Reflective-Hydroponics-Nice-Grow-Box-Tent-16-x16-x40-FULL-set/191628952129?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=29979&meid=606edd7c9be84ef780e23a91ab139b51&pid=100005&rk=3&rkt=6&sd=191628955827
Just was wondering if anyone has experience with growing short plants. I'm wanting to grow at a max of at least 3 feet.
Thanks.

It'd be uncomfortable to grow in I mean Id definitely reccomend a bigger tent but its definitely possible to grow a small plant in there, its just going to be a question of how much you want to yield. Small spaces are a bit of a bitch IMO and I grow in closets but I'd never try something that small its just not worth all the effort of growing for that small a plant, once you calculate in your lights, the height of the pots and all the rest of it youll be stuck for space and youll have to flower early so as to avoid having the plant all up in the lights. but again yes it would technically be possible to grow in

4'Lx2'Dx5'H - minimum, in my opinion.

If you want 3 foot max size plants you need a 5 foot tent otherwise you'll have heat issues, just my two (probably counterfeit) cents.

Total cost for both is around $170 or about $10 more than the link you posted

Being your 1st grow there will be issues you cannot foresee and you'll find yourself saying damn why'd I go so small. Listen to these peeps and you won't be disappointed. I myself have 2 grows and my second is so much better because I listened. My Orange bud and Ambrosia are kicking total ass right now because of it

youre probably going to need more than that fan to cool it..and then would a cooltube even fit? or buy a little 8 inch inline.

Whatever you do dont buy some cheap tent. Spend the extra $50 and get the better quality tent.Better*(frame, mylar, zips, windows) ect.

I see. Yield to me doesn't matter much as of right now. I'm going to start with autoflowers which to my knowledge most grow short. But I'm sure there are many big autoflowers too.

3 foot plant wouldn't be bad in my opinion, and I definitely wouldn't want any heat issues..it's already so hot in my house.

You could just convert a closet of your chioce into a little grow cuprboard, thats what I did and its working out ok and itd be less suspicious than other tents and you can choose a reasonable size
