You are 100% wrong! I called the New Mexico Department of Health and patients with a ppl (personal production license) are legally allowed to manufacture their own concentrates. I do appreciate you responding to this post however, please know what you are talking about before you respond. You are doing more harm than good by responding with your personal opinion rather than a factual statement.Nope, it is a bit of a grey area, but no, patients are not allowed to extract their own bho.
Yeah man its crazy how in the shadows the powers that be want everything in this state. It goes all the way across the board too from the producers to the doctors to the patients. The state wants us to be confused wondering around in the darkThank you sparehead. I have been looking for this information. And yes, I do have my ppl license as well. They mailed me my patient card and ppl license at the same time but little information is included.
