I am about 8 weeks from seeing the first signs of sex of the plant and most of the hairs were starting to turn orange and now I'm seeing new pistol growth like new white pistols everywhere is this normal, should I flush ??

Yes it's normal and no you don't need to flush. What strain is it? Have you looked at the trichomes under a loupe or scope? It's been 8 weeks you can start to feed water only for a week or 2, but I don't "flush"

It doesn't look ready to harvest though

Ok thank you and no I don't know the strain it was just some bag seed I found in one of my sacks one time I ordered a loupe an it won't be here until the end of this month I was thinking she might be ready in a other two weeks?

Does it look like it may be pretty decent for a first grow from bag seed considering harvest and cute goes well?

Its normal. Question: what are the temps in ur room? Hot temperatures can cause foxtailing which will produce new pistils. Im not 100% but it looks like yours might be foxtailing there.

Mm it get pretty hot during lights on I don't have a air cooled light and they have stretched to about a foot from my 400w hps I exhausted the air in the box to my attic and have a fan blowing across the light out of the cabinet it's cloned to 90 f and it gets down to 77 at night

Yeah thats what i thought when i saw ur picture.. its critical you get those temps down, the plant will start to foxtail pretty badly.

I won't be able to bring these temps down a whole lot before summer is over, I've thought about running my AC duct to my cabinet until I get the inline air cooled light fixture, if I can't get the temps down too much, should I chop them down now?
