that's not the first time that thought has come up.
he's the conspiracy theory-HC knew the MMPR was messed up but they knew they couldn't fix it so they called Conroy and they worked something out so HC can get the program rolled out and work out the bugs while Conroy looks like the patients hero. if he asked for immediate relief and was "really fighting"...then why stop fighting in the higher court...I'm just going to repeat my past posts so I will stop but he could be doing a lot more...like going after repeal instead of trying to reinstate the flawed MMAR

great thought in theory...some of us don't have the space to put it or the $$ to set up. it's very easy to say "do it"I guess we ALL get to wait and see.
I'm the mean time.???
Grow and make your meds if you are indeed sick and need to.
Nothing will happen to you! Except you may actually get better
what about the people who have landlords who refuse to renew their lease due to their grow? if they set up, they would have to move.
it's just not that easy. I personally would love to grow!

Conroy had discontinued Tanya Beemish's Appeal of Manson's
Order to get her grow back above but did not move to vary
Manson's Order to get her grow back below.
When I'd heard Conroy had discontinued Beemish's appeal to
the guys with power to over-rule Manson to attempt to get a
variance out of a judge below who did not, I just thought it
was an extremely stupid move to sabotage her chance.
After Manson had twice explained why he had Left Out Beemish
and half of Canada's self-growers to protect the financial
profitability of the MMPR regime, what chance was there for
an equivalent judge to say he's wrong. It would have to be a
completely obvious abuse for a peer to over-rule another
peer's decision. So I did consider switching from asking
guys with power to over-rule to asking a peer without such
power sabotage on its own. Of course, Phelan would refuse.
But Conroy did even worse than give up asking the higher
guys to over-rule Manson to ask a lower guy, he gave up the
higher guys to not ask the lower guy!!! That's not a High-
chance to Low-chance Oops, that's a High-chance to No-chance
Gotcha.
So that's why I never noticed how Conroy sabotaged Beemish
and the Left-Outs after discontinuing his best shot, I had
expected him to file for expansion below giving hint of
sabotage.
Suddenly, I'm surprised to find out he never even file the
motion to expand below!!! Giving proof of sabotage.
This is no Gilligan Ganja Court Clutz! This shyster sucked a
fortune out of desperate medpot patients and after losing
half their grows, stabbed them in the back by discontinuing
the shot to get their grows back.
John Conroy, the shyster who discontinued the appeal above
to get their grows back in order to seek a variance below
that didn't ask for their grows back! What a scammer!

lol ok, has anyone ever spoke to john turmel on the phone lol wow what a tripper and loud and swears like me lol
he said 100% we are all left out with allard case, they have made their ruling.
JT is filing 3 new cases this week by fri and will be posted on facebook ect for info. fr the 18k+ left outs we fully got screwed by conroy and are filing in the supreme court. goldstars wont do athing until allard in fully finalised and that wont be for months with no changes.
we neeed to file with jeff harris and any questions find harris on facebook and ask him questions if we don't get it. there is a 75$ federal court appeal, and free for those whom cant afford it.
now im still slow and will need help, but JT says its real easy.
so dishes if you have filed this link me the info pls.

i speak to JT often..I have filed already but i believe you have to file something first and be turned down. we were denied by Justice Dawson so a few of us (as Turmel puts it-the Mean 17) filed our appeals at the SCoC. that's the $75 filing fee but if you are broke, you fill out the fee waiver form and they waive the fee.
wait until next week to file though

it's a wait and see and as I keep saying... if you are sick GROW YOUR OWN MEDS!!! Nothing will come of it in court!....
you tout "Grow your own" yet there are people who are not able...it's not that easy as you make it sound. getting busted is at the bottom of my reasons I can't grow so court has no bearing on it and I'm sure its the same for others.
you can grow-good for you! that's fantastic! as i stated in the past-don't have the finances or the room so how would you suggest I grow? those are the top 2 on my list.

He doesn't have to be a lawyer...he only needs to know the law and how to throw it back in their face...he also knows how to set up the documentation so that it is presentable in court...precedents I believe they are called...and he does it in fine form...this shit about conroy is making me nauseous...

Sorry but I have to laugh. With every case that goes to court, whenever theres a bump in the road. You guys all start getting negative and doubtful....and then what happens?...the win for us. Chillax people. Taking the government to court isnt like an episode of judge judy......I hate that bitch

One thing I will say to you, I can't help with space, but finances wouldn't be on my list of reasons. It doesn't take long to pay for itself given the black market prices we suffer.

No but then no one goes on judge judy using proceeds from sick misled people and then turns around and quits on half the people either. Ive said it since before this trial started that conroy isnt fighting for anyone else but those lucky enough to have had gotten sick by a certain date. But everyone said a win for one is a win for all but clearly that will never be the case.. Taking the government to court isnt like an episode of judge judy...
The whole situation sucks and people have every right to be upset about being left outs.

If you are sick, there isn't a court in Canada that would CONVICT you for trying to keep your health.
If you are not sick...then you stand along side everyone else until this shit gets dealt with.
What is stopping you from growing outside. Five plants put in a good spot will see nothing happen to you but 5 pounds could come out of it.

so while we buy from the BM, how do we afford to get the equipment together? the BM takes our spare $$. we barely get by as it is.
where should i put said seeds? in the park outside of my apartment or on my balcony where everyone can see?
i get what you're yapping about but again, it's not as easy as "just do it"
not worried about a conviction...that's the last on my list. i would put out motion after motion to delay it for years and years...
