Because there are thousands of threads on what kind of soil to use, and what water to use, and so on. But rarely do you see the results of not following those directions.
Cannabis growing has become almost a sport. It seems people forget that it is a living plant that grows in nature. Yes, nature... As in outside were i got my dirt. The same place my grass grows, and my gardens grow.
We have yet to see the limits of what this plant can handle, and as someone else said, it is possible that by selective breeding it may be possible to find a plant that can handle these conditions with ease. Such a plant, could become the most durable strain out there. (Not that i have current plans to breed)
Also, why not? It will provide useful information on how much stress a plant can handle. This wont just be a guess, but actual documentation of a MJ plant in the worst possible survivable conditions, and how it reacts. We learn from failure, im making failure a success story.
