Done it. Tie it together with twine. The natural kind not polyester. It'll prolly be fine.

It will grow and heal. A split isn't that big of a deal, just veg it longer to recover after you fix it up.

I topped a photo once for two tops. It started growing into the light of my 4' cab. Everyday I pulled the tops down further with twine. I didn't start until it was deep into flower so..... I was putting too much on it to pull it down. It split right at the base of the stem between the two branches of the tops. It was deep in flower and already had colas. So, I pulled everything out of the cab and just put it in the closet. Used twine to pull the split back to itself and tied it off. I think it stunted for a few days then just jept growing like normal. These were two main branches. Not
Just side branches. I think you will probably be fine bro.

next time try a top and lst. Start training it early and you'll be glad you did. I've done it with a few, with a good veg period they come out really nice.

I split one of mine a good foot or so down the middle the other day. I just left it as is. It's still growing at a silly pace.

I've split my main before. Just propped it up, no tape, bubblegum or caribou spit. Just got it back together and let it heal. It carried on like nothing ever happened after she had time to heal. A split is nothing, just put it back together using a string to keep it in place. It's all you need. I wouldn't nute while it's healing though.

I waited until the stalk was back together, it looked like a bump or a knuckle. Once it healed up, the plant perked back up. Remember, the plant is severely weakened when you snap the stalk, a side branch not so much. So either wait to feed or feed a reduced amount so you don't shock it further and cause more issues down the road.
