The justice department is contemplating weather or not to proceed with criminal investigation of Hillary and her State Department handling of classified materials.

They are currently counting Foreign money to see if it is enough to not proceed.

Easy Chewy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk
Sprinkles or colored sugar, for decorating

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Add enough of the buttermilk to moisten the dough and make it soft, not wet.

Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet. With a brush or fingers, moisten the top of each cookie with the remaining buttermilk and slightly flatten the top of each cookie. Sprinkle with raw sugar or colored sprinkles.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing to cool on a rack

Some harmless suggestions, meant to be helpful:

1. Use unbleached flour.

2. Use Smart Balance (with olive oil) instead of butter.

3. White sugar causes cancer. My wife uses bananas to sweeten our muffins, oatmeal, etc. But a little white sugar is OK.

4. Love the vanilla extract, but try a whole fresh bean instead...so much flavor.

5. Add flaxseeds. So good for you.

Are these good suggestions @sunni?

I would not eat the original recipe imho there are a lot of substitutions I'd make
I guess it's each to their own

seem like you don't bake much

I got skills in cooking and grill`n, but cookies, pastry and cake are like a whole different skill. I fail a lot when baking because of measurements and timing and temps.

But if you are a good baker, you should get in touch with Hillary, ASAP, if she loses, she`ll need one to bake a file in the cake and bullets in the muffins......

Should they proceed, you will see Hillary go to her Lawyer 101 strategy. "Her staff at that time".....like she did with her E-mail deletions, Benghazi trust, and Bosnia story.

Her staff at the time is too costly as President, but it walks legally and does not sit well with who she is telling it to,.....voters.....Always remember her staff,....at the time...........

"Should they proceed", the verdict won't mean a damn thing to people like you, you'll continue to condemn her as if she's guilty even if she's found not guilty, so why pretend like a trial makes any difference at all?

Because she is exactly the kind of bull shit politician that no-one wants in the WH. She is guilty of blaming her staff every time because it works.

Not White House material. Ever. Besides, she was wrong all her life about Gays, she just recently started to support them, for votes.

You want someone like that ? Really............?

No, I'm voting for Sanders

If you don't like the judicial process, the US isn't the place for you

"Her staff at the time" indicates poor judgment,...but no jail, people can pick their poison with her. So she is a good to moderate Democrat at best.

I hope she doesn't become president.
So do I, but all signs point to her winning, especially since there's no real viable republican candidate to challenge her

The GOP is wrong on social issues, things like gay marriage and abortion. Most Americans, including most millennials rank social issues as important, meaning they'll play a significant role in the next election. Most millennials will go out of their way to vote for a democrat just so a republican won't win because they know republicans don't represent their viewpoints. Unfortunately Sanders will be painted as a left wing extremist because most Americans will eat up the mainstream propaganda, same as always, even though his viewpoints represent the vast majority of Americans. Clinton will emerge as the democratic candidate by way of name recognition and gender being the first real viable female candidate and win by a slight majority against the best GOP candidate.. Likely Walker, Bush or Cruz.. I'm like 80% sure this is how it will play out..

I think she is just doing her best to stay away from attention and protect her hand. I agree she has the strongest hand, but its still too early in the game and she could easily get torn up. That could put Jeb in office.
