Ok so i have this plant that i have found swollen callyx on it today so i cut it and i fould a little green ball in it, i think it is a seed forming but my plant is just flowering i think
Most of the plants energy will now focus on seeding and not budding.

I have seen a few hermie plants that produce some good qualty bud, I would think producing seeds would reduce the quality and yeild but the worse thing is when your sitting there chilling out and a seed pops like a fire cracker it does make you shit your self lol

no these one are not ..but their calyx has swollen seed production , when will the small buds start forming
you have much bigger problems to worry about. Your soil looks dry as fuck, your plants look like they are starving, you don't have any calyx to be looking at yet, and certainly not enough along to form seeds. Let's get you fixed up and going in the right direction.

what soil is it in?
what are you using for nutrients, lights?
what light schedule are they under?
