The growing threat of right wing terrorism

The cause of the recent increase in right wing extremism in America seems to be directly correlated with the increase in right wing fanaticism that's itself directly correlated with right wing media

Does anyone remember the frequency of this sort of shit happening under a republican president? Was there an increase of left wing terrorism under George Bush? No? Why not? Is it because right wing fucks are crazy enough to kill people over different beliefs and left wing fucks aren't?

I mean generally, and literally. Right wing ideology is synonymous with xenophobia. Sure a lot of other things correlate to having enemies, but right wing ideology, by its very nature, is about hatred. It just follows as a matter of course that right wing sycophants will act upon this intrinsic nature.

Do you think right wing leaders pander to their base by inciting hatred, then parlay the violence off as some isolated incident, like the Charleston shooting (all the while they're wholly responsible for inciting the violence in the first place)? Is right wing media, like O'Reilly and Hannity party responsible for putting shit on their programs that rile up their right wing crowd to the point where they actually hurt or kill people as a result?

If so, do you think they or their network should be held accountable? Why/why not?

I can't answer it. I don't know. Only opinions. However, look across. Even the most extreme left wing "activists" who might even be called terrorists by some. Let's say the ELF or Earth Liberation Front or Weather Underground. These groups have been behind politically motivated destruction of property. They haven't harmed anyone. They are not motivated by hatred. Rage sure, even fanatically and extremist.

In America, right wing extremism is more dangerous than Muslim extremism. Hell, even police terrorism is more dangerous than Muslim extremism..

I think the people getting away with perpetuating, promoting and supporting an ideology that demonstrably leads to violence should be prosecuted

They hide behind Christianity, if they were Muslim saying the exact same thing they'd be off the air today and both of them would be facing terrorism charges and the traditional Fox News audience would applaud the Obama administration for putting away more terrorists..
