I can understand why you don't care about the murder rates in blue cites for the fact that there are so many. Its easier to cherry pick an occasional right wing nut job instead of murder rates in left wing nut job cities that out paces the body counts in wars.
let's look at the states with the highest murder rates, old feeble racist.

1. louisiana
2. alabama
3. mississippi
6. south carolina
7. missouri
10. georgia
12. arizona
13. arkansas
14. indiana
15. oklahoma
16. florida
17. tennessee
18. north carolina

13 of the 18 states with the highest murder rates are all hardcore right wing red states.

but i can understand why you don't care about the murder rates in red states for the fact that there are so many.

“The five states with the highest per capita gun death rates in 2011 were Louisiana, Mississippi, Alaska, Wyoming, and Montana,” the Violence Policy Center (VPC) said in its latest analysis of federal statistics. “Each of these states has extremely lax gun violence prevention laws as well as a higher rate of gun ownership. The state with the lowest gun death rate in the nation was Rhode Island, followed by Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. Each of these states has strong gun violence prevention laws and has a lower rate of gun ownership.”

The right wing has its share of crazies...just like the left, and Christians, and Muslims, etc.

Crazies be all over.
yeah, but in america you're more likely to be killed in a red state or by a right wing terrorist than by any of the others you named.

I found this interesting .

"Nearly two-thirds of all gun deaths are suicides. There, states with the highest gun ownership rates and loosest laws have the highest percentages of deaths this way. Otherwise, poverty is a major factor, correlating with gun violence."

But the Blue cities are still the king of murder and that is a fact. So you are more likely to be killed in a blue city than you are by some one down and out on there luck in some red state. Just like that young woman in SF the other day. Blue cities are very dangerous so beware when you travel to a blue city.
