Tylenol Extraction from Opiates

So for anyone that takes a lot of pain killers that contain acetaminophen it is beneficial to be able to take the Tylenol out as it very harmful to your liver very quickly. A cold water extraction is very easy to perform once done a couple of times. The end result is a very bitter water to drink which contains the opiate but little to no Tylenol.
My question is this: is there a way to take this opiate water and get the water out leaving only a powder consisting of the opiate. Or is there another method aside from CWE that can extract the Tylenol and still have a powder of only opiate?

Well it takes a decent amount of water to do...at least a double shot glass worth, and the water is cold...wonder how long for that water to evap....or maybe leave out in sun...

Get 42 yellow narco's crush them, then stuff then in a glass tube, blast a can of butane through it, then scrape out opium shatter. Then purge for at least 12 hours.

Then you'll get your shatter cheese

Oh yes, understandable and agreed. Not crazy with em like I used to be. Bad pain issues and and trying to lower my Tylenol intake but ya know...ta that dome rather than drinking that shit. Mixed with grape juice today and tasted like freakin wine.

Here goes for answering OP's question. Getting all of the APAP out is very hard. Your ice water will dissolve 8mg/ml of APAP, compared to a maximum of about 60mg of opioid, iirc. And you'll be getting far less as typically you'll be using at least 1mL/pill. So if you were to dry out the goodies you'd get a mix that would be well under 50% opioid. You could CWE that and get most of the opioid and very little of the water but we're talking about such small amounts of APAP that it's highly unlikely to be a problem.

Each step will involve some loss of desired product. The purer you want your final product the more you are going to lose getting there.
