Nope that's just chapter 7. There's also chapter 11 and 13. which is what trump filed. Which is basically a consolidation of debt and paid through courts. You have ro qualify for a chapter 7. No repay. It's done in 6 weeks. Chapter 13 you pay back half over 5 years. And chapter 11 which is what trump did is a restructuring of debt to pay all debt over time.
Haven't you seen those commercial s for consolidating your debt into one payment. That's filing a chapter 11 bankruptacy.

It's always a choice of the lesser evil. So far trump is the best candidate of who actually has a chamce in winning. Now if bill Clinton could run again. Not hillary. I'd vote for bill.
I honestly think the best candidate is Gary johnson. He won't make it out of.last place.
Trumps campaign and presidency isn't being bought and handled by the Coch brothers neither

Nope, he's leading because the drum he mostly beats on is xenophobia, but also pugnacious nationalism and hews to the party line for a smattering of other conservative hot buttons like the second amendment and the ACA. He's a master at media manipulation and wealthy enough to influence people and the media without paying for it. Oh yes, he's a mainstream Republican.
