I wont add any of my own thoughts, Ill let others judge your general awareness . I got to put you on ignore dude.So you dig up a book from some old dead white guy. An economist from the past. You post a list. The list doesn't make sense in the context of the US, which you claim it does. Then say the list can't make sense to me unless I read the book.
