I had to say goodbye to my best friend today.
Always so hard to make a decision to put a pet down.
He was a couple months short of 15yrs old.
Had a good life was super loved & will be missed

I'm sorry for your loss Bob - I don't have the words.
Our little terrier/corgi mix is 15 now, deaf & her sight is going as well.
It's something I dread more than my own demise.

It's awful. I had a dog before. All I can say is that they are lucky in a way that we can make a choice for them to end their suffering. Humans don't get that privilege.
