Been slanging pies for awhile. Man, people are snobby about their fucking Pizza. Chicago style,Brooklyn style, hand tossed, 6 cheese, gluten free blah blah fucking blah. What do YOU like? P.s if anyone can explain nasty Chicago pizza, please do!

I hope my work knows I borrow quite a bit of parchment paper....

I think prob why our Chicago looks so damn gross is cuz we have nooo idea what we r doing. I had no idea about different textures and does aging differently effecting the crust. Idk people r snobby about their pizza like dabs snobs are. From my experience at least

I like when it's just a little deep dishy and they put butter or oil in the pan before they cook it so the crust is like fry bread almost. Other than that double sausage, black olives, onion, mushrooms and pineapple. I hate green peppers and honestly can't figure out why they always put them on pizza.
Apologies to my Chitown brothers but Giordanos is way over the top and should be classified as a lasagna or something.

Dack in the bay, ate at that CPK, thin crust wood fired. dunno wat it'd take to bld. one outta stoned.they have em malls now here, cpk tsa fast food chain kinda.. but nicer. thai chicken pizza, prob not a menu item anylonger. romaine gorgonzola walnut salad grt

I've been thinking about it for years, been on this newsletter for years; they make 'em and they will give you plans for one of the models so you can make the oven. Good website, lots of info:

Beau Jo's Mountain Pies, world famous pizza right here in Colorado. Eat a slice or two after all day skiing and you'll see why people sing its praises on every continent- yes, even Antarctica.

Last time I went- last week in fact- I got a free commemorative glass with both the Beau Jo's logo and one from the brewer, another local favorite, New Belgium!
