There are three fundamental races and Mexicans are not one of them. Mexicans and Hispanics represent a culture, ethnic group which can have a genetic composition of the three fundamental races. If you don't like it, have a hand at re-doing the scientific definition.

I'd suggest taking an ethnic/genetic studies class, but more than likely a waste of time on you idiots.

the 3 major races are
Caucasoids, Negroids, and Mongoloids.
Mexicans fall in with Americas, Indians, Asians. Eskimos etc... which are Mongoloids.
Caucasiods are your whites, which includes Europeans, Aryan,Semitic, Hamitic...
Mexicans classified as whites are nothing but the booster of numbers for your census
