Give us more info. What is it growing in, what are you feeding it? Basic stuff like that can help diagnose what's going on.

The burnt tips and cupping leaves suggest to me overfeeding and overwatering.

Organic mix with perlite, distilled water mixed 2 tea spoons to one gallon every other gallon
