How to deal and minimize risks

So, i stopped selling weed a while ago. I was 16 and got assaulted over half a pound of schwag.

I did however pick up a nasty herion habit and sold other drugs to support that habit. The weed game is not much different from other drugs unless your at the bottom of the chain. This advice is aimed at the growers or wannabe big shots that may end up in some shady situations due to what i like to call "the reckless hustle".

There are 2 kinds of profitable dealers.
1) the stretcher... The strecher sees a pound of weed as 448 grams, Or as 16 Oz, or as how ever many of the persons most commonly sold quantity. He stretches his weight to maximize profit, tends to be more on point with weight in hopes that he can

He commonly sells to the same folks, but from time to time picks up new clients. His clients are typically user end, or folks that try to flip a few ounces to make a few bucks but dont carry real weight.

2) the supplier... Thats who you wanna be.

The supplier only sells to a very small number of people. 1-2 is ideal. He maintains a strictly buisness relationship with them, and keeps a price low enough to allow them to buy his whole supply, without going so low as to rip himself off.

Suppliers care more for quality than yeild. They dont allow clients to know they grow, or how big the op is.

The supplier makes less money per pound, but with the proper source or grow room can make a killing. He takes far less risks, and has far less drama.

Rules to live by

1) Dont meet at your house. Or near it. Period. No matter how well you know them. This protects you from cops, as well as robbers.

2) You pick the meet spot. Someplace private and safe.

3) keep a seperate phone, or email address for clients

4) dont carry more than you are selling in the car. You bring what you need. Nothing more.

5) no fronts... Period

6) if you get robbed let it go. Live and learn.

This is common sense but Im gonna say it anyway.

Public meeting.
Personally I would choose to only work with 1 guy who I feel comfortable with in my home.
This means you will never transport and end up in prison over a faulty taillight.

But I know people meet up so I would suggest dead drops.
But I know you are gonna buckle to peer pressure and meet up.

Dont pre arrange a spot.
This allows for his buddies to scout and follow you.

Agree on an area then you decide on the location.
Once you are there let him know where to be.

If possible park your car in a sea of cars so he never sees it.

Make him leave first, then you go the opposite direction.

But who am I kidding,

Its gonna work like this.

Phone rings
Hello?
Hello drug dealer, my friend so and so gave me yer number and I need a gram
super fast. What is your address?

Duh,,,,,

And that folks is the reason our prisons are overcrowded.

I went to prison for some dumb decisions but i never got caught selling. What i can tell you is that the moment shit goes downhill every mistake you made will be obvious. Hindsight is 20-20.... Foresight is priceless though.

Making the client leave first and going the other way is smart.

Take a diffrent route every time. Dont follow a pattern.

When i sold H i would often meet people in a grocery store lot. I would tell the person to stand someplace and then i would see if anyone was watching them. Then would call them and tell them to go to the other side of the lot and watch for a tail or wandering eyes.

Crowds can be good cover. Just look like your a part of the crowd.

This might seem obvious, but never short clients. You reap what you sow.

Dont be afraid to stop serving a client. If you feel even slightly uneasy about someone fuck them.

This thread may seem dumb but the weed buisness is high risk.

I wonder how many inactive community members are sitting in a cell right now because they didnt do something that was mentioned here. How many others have been robbed or hurt.

It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.

You can never know too much, but people tend to take the path of least resistance and still do whatever they please. Experience is the best teacher.
