Basically ordered 3 packs. He said if i got 3 packs he would include a couple free ones. He advertised that they would be shipped out by june 30th 2 day priority or your money back. Hadnt recieved anything by july 6th so i hit him up to ask for a tracking number so i knew when they would be in the mailbox as i didnt want the heat to kill them. After a few days of telling me that he would get the tracking number he finally got it to me and i noticed he did not ship them until june 6th. I asked him about it and he said he sent a package out already but lost the tracking number so he sent a second package out. This soundy fishy but i didnt mind that he was late i know things can come up so i patiently waited for them to come and didnt bitch about him sending them late despite the "money back guarantee". So finally when the pack with the tracking number came...which was the only package he sent, not two....i opened it and only 1 of the packs i ordered was in there. The rest were all untested seeds he had not even tried yet. I told him about it and he said he would send the rest of my correct order the next day and send me the tracking number. I waited another few days and never heard back from him, i waited 3 weeks with multiple attempts to contact him and was completely ignored. My friend who also ordered a pack never recieved anything and was ignored by him also. So after the unsuccessful attempts to get my proper order i finally made a paypal claim to get my money back. And then of course after i make the claim he sends me and email and asks for my phone number to "talk about this"....i said it was too late for that and that i would just like a refund. After that he never replied. I emailed the person in charge of his paypal to ask what they wanted me to send back because the way the claim was i had to send my package back. I felt like i should not have had to send anything back and they should have just given me my refund without me having to basically fight them for it thru paypal, why should i have to put risk on myself for their mistake? I was ignored again with no reply so I decided to send back the 1 pack that i actually did order just so i could get the claim processed. Once the person who runs his paypal got the package back they emailed and told me that they wanted everything back and that i was just trying to rip them off! I kept asking them about the BS "money back guarantee" they advertised and they would not reply to the question...they said i was essentially eating 75% of a pie and asking for my money back completely ignoring the "agreement" they themselves stated in the advertisement. If I was not ignored by them until they were forced to reply to me then maybe the situation would have been different but what do they expect when they treat people the way they have? They had no kind of professionalism what so ever and i would never deal with them ever again. He even tried to argue with me publicly on instagram about it and multiple people started calling him out saying he has been doing bad business and pissing people off for over the past year. So ya...that is it in a nutshell lol
