This is a small Lemon Kush I left outside last winter. I live in Southern Cali, so no snow. Saw a couple frosts.. This plant turned purple, some didn't. I'd say the its genetics and temps that effect color change. I have other seeds from a few breeders that are supposed to express colors other than green, because they were bred that way. A plant produced color, they bred it out, looked for more seeds from that plant that produced by color, bred those out, repeated over and over again. Its both temperature AND genetics.
