Right on man! Well it looks like i am going to make a couple emails tonight and see about some investors. I wanted to do it on our own, but work sucks and i have so much shit i should be doing. This job still has me as a temp getting paid less than i did in LA, and dont know they would have my check every week. Got a bunch of ass hats making the same as me, and one guy started after me makes over 20 and hour. Hell he can do half as many task and sued the boss once for 40k. It has gotten to be a fucking joke and i an not fucking amused. Fuck it got a grow room to build and giant plants needing flipped so shit will get better

Find peace with the plants and family, their all we can depend on.
Now that the RD is showing flowers should I stop treating? or go another week.

Gosh Doc, sorry to hear bout the short comings at your job, that sucks. Hopefully you will make up for it in profits in your weed. Shure looks like your growing some great stuff. Don't get discouraged, keep you head up. I know from living in the PNW, things tend not to move as quickly as you want them to. Try to expand your horizons and look for work in other locations, you might have more sucesss closer to the Portland area. And like I mentioned to you previously. Vancouver Wa is right across the border where there is NO income tax. It makes a HUGE difference in you pay check. OR has the highest taxes in the NATION! take it easy dude, your hard work will pay off, stay positive

Thanks but i think we are headed out of the city and out in the sticks. Sucks about work, I feel ya on every level. I am here, ready and able to work to carve out a life. it aint easy anymore, the american dream is a much longer maze. I am definitely here to help ya get outta the rat race.

I told them the day i interviewed i could not pay my bills for thst and i was feed a load of shit i guess. Now 6 months later i am done. See if they can replace me because there are only so many people who do this shit in any given area. I have found out about there past employees and ether they cant come back or wouldnt ever come back. the guy that pulled poly with us was not shocked and was the one that brought up the pay. Anyway if my people all fall through i am just going to tell the temp people to find something better. I have been there two times my boss told them how great i am and all this shit so something will come through. Plus i have really been thinking about taking a grow - growroom consultant- contractor add out.

Rigt on! I got a 600 hung fo a temporary veg. I am cloning the girls up stairs and getting them in dirt. I am going to try and flower the big girls in the coco and that will be a rap on that shit for me. I am going to pull the 1k mh and use it for flower and go with smaller veg lights like 2 x 400 i think an a 400 for the moms.
I'm thinking about t-5's or led for the veg tent just to save on the electric bill.
T-5's work great for veg and I still have some actinic tubes from my aquariums
so that will give 440 - 490nm pure blue light. I'll use 2 - 8 bulb units.
If not I'll get 4 - 300 watt full spectrum led's.

I've been using CMH for veg and they look amazing. Only 315w too.
I'm about to pick up 2-3more of these lights... Look into it, they work great for veg.
